Talks still ongoing a very slightly improved offer by atw there seems a reluctance by some on the e.c to authorise action during the rugby world cup although this is not going down well with the drivers. We shall see what happens during the talks next week.

Atw have asked for talks with aslef on the 21st of september the day the result of the strike ballot is announced. I think they know that the first strike date will be the 1st of october Wales v fiji
