Apparently it was in service. A similar service was supposed to run last weekend but failed due to OHLE problems but it ran yesterday.

The Liverpool to Wigan service did not involve 319s today due to an OHLE problem at Huyton.

I thought they'd tested the Liverpool to Wigan line a few weeks ago! Is the problem at Huyton affecting the Liv to MIA run or is a 319 working a diagram on chat moss today?

How long does ORR approval normally take? I recall that the Liverpool to MIA service was up and running only a week or two after test trains ran. Please take this question in good faith I intend no criticism of those involved with regulation or the electrification project :-)

Realtime Trains shows an STP for tomorrow (9th of April) leaving Wolverton Centre Sidings at 1533 and arriving at Allerton Depot at 1928 - (FRGT - Class 319).
