Hagener Straßenbahn bus 535 does a U-turn at Hagen Markt on the crossroads of Bergischer Ring / Märkischer Ring / Frankfurter Straße. I don't know how it's done regarding the traffic lights, I believe there might be a bus-only turn signal where it's possible, but I'm not sure.

Looking at https://www.bahn.de/ you can now book (some) tickets within Great Britain using their website. Would be fun to know how well their implementation is. I can hardly imagine anyone at DB knows the ins and outs of British ticketing restrictions and so on. Maybe someone with more expertise...

This works as long as passengers don't use any apps which just display the last station of a particular service, because the fake destination either isn't properly in the data feeds or the app in question doesn't show it. Then people search for trains that aren't on the boards...

I'm not up-to-date with current English legislation, how would bus operation work with a municipal bus company? Would there still be an in-house contract of the authority with its bus company instead of tendering?

Download the Fairtiq app and use that to pay. Just "swipe" the button in the app before starting the journey and "swipe it back" when you've finished. It'll then find the best price
