    ECML all stop (09/03/19 1430) - passengers egressed from broken down train

    Wheelchair user told to board a train where there wasn't a designated space

    Based on the original post, sounds awful customer service. Maybe the platform staff need to experience travelling for a day in the wheelchair to appreciate the difficulties wheelchair users have.
