    Duties of platform staff?

    Hi there, I originally applied for Station Staff but since passing the first assessment last week (woo hoo) my interview is now for Customer Service at London Bridge? Is that station staff all around or is that as in sitting at a customer service type desk?

    Many thanks for the heads up, my cousin works up Charing Cross and on my way back I popped in and already had a brief chat. I will do a visit to a busy station though at some point for sure as that what you said has given me a great bit of advice!

    Hi all, I've been invited to an Assessment Day tomorrow at Tonbridge. It's for platform staff and I was just wondering is it a full day assessment or does anyone know how long they last?
