East Midlands Rail spot recommendations

Making a trip to Toton and Leicester LIP for the first time and wandering if anyone can recommend anywhere else to visit in the area, either for line side viewing of freight or depot visits? I'm aware of Eastcroft but is viewing any good and worth the visit?
