5T headcodes are PTI test trains out of Clapham Yard. It will be a 701/0.

They are coming, not needed until next year. 1756324628 701028 is the normal PTI test train unit, it’s not Driver training.

Utter made up Drivel. The 701/5s have the same cab as the 701/0s. They do not need to go back to Alstom. They are further back in the up lift programme as the priority is getting the 10 cars in service first. There are no coupling issues.

The messages like that are I putted from a separate menu by the guard. Once the message has been displayed, the guard has to exit from that mode, otherwise they stay on the screens blocking the destination displays. Nothing wrong with the trains on this occasion.

There is a 458 booked on a Shepperton service in the day now.
