The proposed developments related to the Adanz Hotel and 50 Liverpool Street - they did not impinge upon the roof. The proposals were made by a JV with MTR as a partner. I should add that it is possible that the proposals will not be progressed post-COVID impact.

There is a bit more detail - but around timelines and sequencing of work, but not enough for any reasonable analysis.
I would not take the documents as being too literate at this stage; I suspect that they are using a broad-brush approach at this stage until they have completed more thorough...
That is exactly my point - as in previous comments.
It is also the case the NPR will, under current proposals, be less than what was hinted at for HS3.
It is that kind of work that would bring expenditure up to the same levels as those for London and the South East; Is it a case of not being ambitious enough in the right areas?
I am going by what is being propsed by TfN for 2030 and beyond - quite different from the current situation.
Read the article - as I said - they were selective with the data - principally by selecting a period that did not take account of recent deliveries including Thameslink, Crossrail and APT sets.

On the other hand, they also have a...
That headline has more to do with making a political point than with being fully open with the facts (there was a little judicious selection of the numbers).
Yes, that is what I was looking at - but I did not know where Bromley Street is until I checked.
The explicit assumption of of the TRU project in the same plan has Stalybridge as the starting point, so yes I guess lejog has a valid point.
Could be a gap in the overhead but could also be...
So now you are knocking Local Officials in the UK again. Hmm.
