    Why don't people carry cash?

    Return Journey UFN's are only issued for Declined Cards where the entire return journey is within a Northern route - and only at the Conductors discretion if the situation seems genuine. Every day I encounter:- 'Card Declined' 'no cash' (and we are talking just a few £'s in these cases)...
