Yes I got the dreaded email too today even though I passed the online assessments, just shows how popular these jobs are. Well done to those who progressed and all the best!!

Just called first,I have passed online assessments but because of high volume of applicants, the higher scored applicants get phone interview first. Depending on how they get on will determine whether I get phone interview or not. Should here by email one way or the other in couple of weeks.
