I think it went well in the grand scheme of things, passed the computer oriented tests, everything hinges on the MMI now. Waiting with my fingers crossed now for the stage 2 results, hope they are prompt with it :)

Finally managed to get the practice material

I have my stage 2 next week, struggling to find any practice material though. I was sent an email by FGW referring to an attachment with practice material for stage 2 assessment, However there was no attachment. Those that have taken the Stage 2, how did you prepare? Thanks for any out put

yes have had my application moved over to the new format as well. Just surprised that I have still not received the call up for the assessment as I applied for the position as soon as, it was advertised.

Finally got my stage 2 invite, booked it!.. However there was no practice material this time round emailed? does that mean there is no practice material???#

Guys I have been told to register on the new southern recruitment site and then Southern will move your existing application on to the new system(however this could be a couple of days). I am still waiting for my email invite as well but have registered my details on the new site.

I am in the same boat as you mate, I have also passed staged 1 and informed Southern about it. Although I haven't received the email invite date from Southern ( previous status was invite to assesment centre) and also now I am unable to log on to Southerns recruitment page with my account...

Any one on here successful through the initial screening and been through assessments/ interview? Do Southern assess and interview on the same day ?

I had my stage 1 at Reading on the 21st Oct....Good luck to you too for padington... hope I get my dates soon. . Just curious as to how many vacancies are there ... Any one know ?
