Good luck to you both. The 8 starters in May are from the last recruitment pool. Their assessments stand at present as the new tests came in after they passed. Their pass is live for 2-5 years depending on which TOC they apply to for jobs

Thing with the list is that some people that passed the assessments have moved on and no longer want or need the job, so there is still hope. 16 of this years list are already trained or in training at the moment.

Between Feb and Apr on an accelerated learning course so training condensed

Attended the Managers meeting and it was as stated just to confirm interest and fitness. Got my contract through the post this morning to start in September. Happy days. The letter I recieved after the Doncaster assessments said I had been unsuccesful but my details would be kept on file...

Any idea what the Train Managers and HR meeting consists of? I have an interview soon
