HS2 Ltd announced a few weeks ago that they have procured a £3M licence from SNCF to use its existing high speed OLE on the HS2, phase 1, route. I can't find anything on the web about this - does anyone know anything more about it?

Is there another approved supplier for the coupler? It's potentially not the first time Nwk Rl have had this problem (or so I have heard)
