Hi, was wondering if this has happened to anyone before?
Last summer I got a border line pass on my hearing and the fact i wore a hearing aid i got turned down for a trainee conductor role with ATW.

I am so angry! They also got me to sig. A consent form so they could write to my consultant which I did. My pass was a boarderlone pass but a pass is a pass! To top off the conversation she told me that they never take on people who wear hearing aids! Feel quite discriminated against
I am absolulty gutted.
Just had a call from ATW saying they are not taking me on due to my hearing. I wear a hearing aid in my right ear. At my main medical the lady told me that I met the hearing standard required (without my hearing aid in), Great i thought! A couple of days later they ask...

Its a joke sent them to emails as now saying I failed to complete the online tests when I never got sent a link to complete them!
