I put the claims in the day after we travelled.
Southeastern responded to one claim awarding compensation for a 15 minute delay. They responded to the second claim denying it because I put the same name and payment details on both claims.
I talked to their customer service rep about both claims...
I have; either the customer service person didn't put a note on that claim, or they did and it hasn't been reviewed for whatever reason.
The amount that they'll refund will not be worth the bother if they go with the same reasoning as the claim that they did pay, which is why I'm asking if...

I made a delay repay claim with Southeastern back in June, and am now bashing my head against a brick wall trying to get them to pay what I think they should. I'd like to know
(a) if there's any merit to my claim, and
(b) if there is merit, is there any way I can contact...
