Ok, it's a Basic Disclosure certificate for South West Trains. I pay for the certificate myself, it gets sent to me and then I forward it to SWT. But what I want to know is WHERE I forward it to...

Do they definitely phone you if you're successful, regardless of how long it takes?
I had 2 South West interviews on the 26th November (last week Monday) and they said they'll contact me by phone and follow that up with a letter if I'm successful and send just a letter if I'm unsuccessful. I just wanted to know is this normal for them to take longer than usual...?
So the pay for the ticket office clerk is more than the gateline assistant? And yeah, that's what I want to do, progress to train crew. By train crew, I'm guessing you mean train drivers and train guards?

I applied for 4 SWT jobs; 3 on the 14th of September and a mainline driver back in March. For the 3 I applied for on the 14th of September, the career online status it says "In Process". Does that mean I will be invited to an assessment? And for the mainline driver, the career online status says...
