Cardiff Central - 142002 in Siding

I read about that in RAIL. Aren't they supposed to be going onto the Exeter to Painton and Exmouth routes to replace some of the 150s and 153s?

Cardiff Central - 142002 in Siding

I'm just wondering, why is 142002 in the siding at CDF. It's been sitting there for a few day now, and I was just wondering if it's finally broken. I hope so. Those pacers are what I dread getting when going to Cardiff... Any info would be great thanks guys!
