I assume yes. However, in my case, in order to get a 5% discount, I need 8 times of 15-29 mins single journey delays a month. Let's see how this scheme will be panned out in the long term.
Hi, I am confused with the Delay Repay compensation.
I am a season ticket holder with SWR and I used to get discounts for void days (delays) when I renewed it.
Do I no longer get discounts automatically when I renew it but do I have to claim through Delay Repay each time when a delay occurs...
Hi Moderator,
I am wondering if you could kindly check for me if there is any void day from August through October on the season ticket Zone 2 - 6 to Guildford?
Thanks,
Thank you all for replies.
I have another question. I got payment for the following void days when I renewed my monthly season ticket a few days ago.
19/07/16, 14/07/16, 06/07/16, 05/05/16
One of the void days was in May. I am wondering why I didn't get payment for it in June or July...
Hi Moderator,
I haven't seen the figures updated on the original website either. Are you sure about that?
I'm looking for the latest of average performance 52 weeks.
Hi, South West Trains doesn't seem to have updated the web page about their performance since February.
Has anyone got a discount related to their performance on a season ticket since January?

Hi, thank you all for your reply.
I looked into the season tickets and it seems a bit strange...
Clapham Junction to Woking = £64.6
Shepherd's Bush to Woking = £73.2
73.2 - 64.6 = £8.6
Clapham Junction to Guildford = £69.5
Shepherd's Bush to Guildford = £84
84 - 69.5 = £14.5
I am...
Hi, thank you for your reply.
Yes, you are right. I am still wondering if it's Okey to use the season ticket on the Overground between Clapham Junction and Shepherd's Bush since I can use it on their gates because I don't want to spend more money than I need.
Thanks,
Hi all,
I live in Shepherd's Bush, and I take the Overground to Clapham Junction and then the train to Woking on commute. I bought a season ticket between Clapham Junction and Woking because I wanted to use my Oyster card between Shepherd's Bush and Clapham Junction. However, when I...
Hi,
I change the Tube to the Overground at Shepherd's Bush, I am wondering if it is not regarded as a continuous journey.
If I use pay-as-you-go, I may have to pay a fare again, even though the Tube and the Overground both are operated by TfL.
Many thanks,
Hi all, I have one more question.
I have bought the ticket yesterday, and I looked at it closely, there is "Route/also available at" on the ticket.
Is it important?
In my case, it is via Surbiton, but I am not sure if it is correct for my case.
Many thanks,
Yes, that's right.
However, I sometimes use Tube in Zone 1 when I have no time to get in time or when I am with my friends. So Oyster is convenient for me to change a route in a second.
I hope the train company will introduce Oyster as well.
Everyone has excellent knowledge!
Actually, I get off a tube at Notting Hill Gate and take a bus when I go to central London, because of my oyster pass. And when I go to central London after working, I get off a train at Vauxhall and take a bus, so I don't pay any extra cost.
Renting a...
Thank you so much everyone,
I will probably go for Oyster Zone 2-3 + Guildford to Zone 4-6, which will save up £1.20 a month, lol... I should find a job in central London; that's the best solution.
Thank you button boxer,
Yes, I know it.
I rarely go outside of Zone 3 other than work, so Zone 1 is the only case for me to consider.
I am not sure but I feel the travelcard extension fares are more expensive than using Oyster (pay as you go), so I want to use Oyster in central London, and I...
Thank you for your replys, calc7 and yorkie!
It seems I cannot save up money as I thought (T _ T;
Is there any website to calculate a cost of the Guildford - London Zone travelcard?
I would like to know how much it is if I buy a travelcard Guildford - London Zone 5-6.
Many thanks,
