Diamond crossing on concrete bearers

hi, has anybody experience maintenance issues in UK with using diamond crossing on concrete bearers? i have seen many junctions on timber bearers but i havent seen junctions on concrete bearers. I am particularly interested on the wear and tear on the v and k crossings. Thanks
