I understand the need of punctuality (of course I do), but the timetable is set out for catch up times in numerous places, with wheelchairs/bikes/High volume of passengers alot of services will "lose" a few mins between same...
Now we have all heard about how bad the UK is doing regarding the weather etc. Rail/Road/Airports
