Hi All,
I got an Off-Peak Travelcard with the P7 restriction, which prevents using the 16:03 GWR service from PAD to PNZ.
However, I found that this service won't exist during the next two weeks. It is now the 16:03 GWR service from PAD to SAU.
Does that mean that one is technically allowed...
Posting here before my memory fades :) Any help would be appreciated.
Edit, as per request: HXX (Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3), OXF (Oxford), HAY (Hayes & Harlington), SLO (Slough), GWR (Great Western Railway), TfL (Transport for London), PAYG (Pay-as-you-go).

I guess the title is self-explanatory :) My employer has recently started strongly encouraging us to keep receipts and the actual tickets when processing expenses claims.

To make a long story short, I was travelling into London Paddington on Sunday the 26th of September. Using the Worcester-London Paddington GWR line.
Train suddenly stopped at Reading; mind you, it was already utterly packed and unbearable because of engineering works in the line. Train driver...
I was seeing that Grand Central only offers compensation for delays over 1 hour, and they don't cover any event if it was "outside rail industry control". The same is true for Chiltern, but they offer compensation starting from 30 minutes.
Why can't the government make all companies follow a...
Hi there,
I submitted a Delay Repay Claim to Cross Country 21 working days ago. This was due to a delay when going from Oxford to Liverpool changing at Birmingham International.
Cross Country cancelled the train I intended to take (this would have produced a ~26 min delay by itself) and then...
