Just a question regarding tickets on peak-time services between Glasgow Central and Edinburgh via Shotts. On the 1713 GLC - EDB express service recently, the guard was charging an excess to any passengers with off-peak returns to Bellshill and Shotts. This contradicts with an announcement made...
