    Wrong name on TiL proposed action letter

    Hi all, My daughter recently received a proposed action letter (sufficient evidence does exist....etc etc). 2 queries really, 1. She's only 16, quite upset by it (fully believes she had a valid ticket, as do i and her grandmother she was travelling with, so I'm pretty confident the threatened...
