EMR HST Power Cars at Willesden TMD

Anyone know why there are currently 4 EMR HST power cars sitting in Willesden Overground TMD? There's two sets of two power cars at the back of the depot, viewable from the DC lines. They appeared overnight as they weren't there yesterday...
