    Railcam website problem?

    There maybe a problem trying to access the site with a red warning that your connection is not secure. Anybody else had the same problem or is my end?

    SVR webcams

    I, for one, is extremely pleased with the the cams. Now that they have stopped panning and zooming Highley I have no complaints, yet I have read in various media, including the SVR's own forum, complaints. What are your opinions?

    The above link is a very moving but informative documentary re the 1975 Dibbles Bridge accident in the Yorkshire dales. Coach travel was not the safest way to travel back then, but the lessons learnt are explored in this film.

    Excellent trip on GWR/TFW

    I today embarked on a mission to travel as many valley lines in one day. Left Bristol (BRI) on time with a 5 coach HST (immaculate interior). Cardiff to Bargoed was on a 4 car 150. Up to Treherbert on a 143 pacer (the quicker they are scrapped the better). Back to Bristol on a 4 car 158. All...
