Trainee train driver assessment

Hi everyone, I have past the initial online assessment with MTR crossrail and am due to sit the VSE & M7 SJT online by the 4th of July and was wondering if anyone here has some helpful advice on how to prepare for them. Anything will be appreciated. Thank you very much
