Hi, I'm doing some research into Darwen station in Lancashire, England. Can anyone tell me if it was initially named 'Over Darwen' station, then renamed 'Darwen' in 1883. Wikipedia suggests is was but I can't find any evidence to back this up. Can anyone help?
