Hi all
I know this has been posted before but I would imagine that the diagrams I found are out of date.
Has anybody got the current diagrams for the Great Northern 317s and 321s please? I want to see what I can do to any get before they disappear.
I thought I knew the answer to this but southern have refused to sell me a ticket that I've asked for. Can you use a Boundary Zone 6 to Gatwick on the Gatwick Express?
If I'm right I will take it further but if I'm wrong I'll hold my hands up and do as they say. I do have a z1-6 travel card.
A long shot, but can anyone shed any light on the loco numbers of the two 90s in the far corner of the depot. They were near the 58s stored at the depot.
I always enjoy reading other people's trip reports so I've decided for my latest trip I would do my own. Each year me and my dad will go away for a few days and this time we decided to go to Scotland. Before I start here's a brief background on my return to the hobby.
When I was younger my...
Pleasant surprise to see this running along the line near my house! I moved in 5 years ago and the scrap train that ran to Cattedown stopped several months later. To my knowledge since then there has been three tours (one consisting of a 66 and two 37s and the other two were 150s) and an...
Not seen it anywhere else and apologies if it's the wrong forum but 6G05 Fowey - Goonbarrow has derailed in Lostwithial. It's blocking the down line and single line running is in operation. I was caught up in it and my 0820 Ply - Pnz train is an hour and 30 late so far. Photos I took on phone...
I visited the Gloucestershire and Warwickshire Railway yesterday for the first time. Here are some of the photos I took whilst there. Diesel Gala 2013
I had a great day and there seemed to be a good turn out.
Just passed (1300ish) Dollands moor rather quickly and couldn't quite get the numbers of the three 92s there. I got 92036, one i think was 041 but missed the third. Anyone confirm this and know the third.
Just realised in my rush to get a connection I didn't get the number of the 1S49 which was the 1125 of of Plymouth! Is anyone able to help for those with access to the info?
Today saw the new Colas Rail Timber flow start in Devon. Luckily I had a day off work and managed to see the first train come down. And the sun came out just at the right time for this picture.
Can someone confirm which route the loco hauled drags take to great Yarmouth from Norwich. I wasn't paying enough attention and the way i assumed it would go may not be the case. My return journey on a unit went via Reedham.
Hi all
As I went past Wembley on Saturday afternoon there was a Virgin Class 57 stabled there. As per usual it was hidden behind wagons at the vital moment and was wondering if anyone knew which one it was?
First Great Western have created a 2 car 153 unit.

I saw 153369 and half of 150221 passing through Newton Abbot earlier and by the time I caught up with it, the end numbers had been covered and replaced by 153399!
Just wondering if there is anyway that all the locos at Crewe electric and diesel can be seen and photographed. I see photos on wnxx.com but I assume that these are from people who work there.
I'm down to two class 90s for sight and I know one of them is there and for sale! I believe there...
Very rare visit of an East Coast Power car today in Plymouth.
Bit of a bonus for me as was required for sight and haulage. The gen was quiet on its appearence too!
