DVTs for RHTTs?

After reading this thread: https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/short-little-freight-train-spotted-today.212102/ I wondered if it might be possible to convert some unused DVTs for use with RHTTs? I'm not sure how much it would cost to convert the DVTs to work with 66s, or how feasible it would...
