Unidentified Mk3 derived EMU coach at Oracle Parkway, Reading

I noticed that Oracle at Thames Valley Park, Reading have a new addition to their site in the form of an old BR Mk3 EMU coach, and they've also constructed a new 'platform' with canopy next to it. Seems to be a novelty meeting space. It's not physically connected to the railway in any way...
