Temporary Speed Limit Ely area

Hi Whilst out this evening I noticed several trains both freight and passengers travelling very slowly over the Chettisham Level Crossing near Ely. On passing over the crossing I saw a large board with a T on it which I took to be a temporary speed limit sign. Anyone aware of the problem ? I...
