Going for an interview for a Metro Guard based at Woking. I'm interested to know if as most SWR jobs the interview is based around STAR style questions? Surprisingly its booked for an hour and a half, which is longer than most. Any suggestions on things which would be worth reading up...

Looking at job based at Woking, believe shifts are 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm. How does this normally work? IE. 2 early, 2 late, 2 off. Week early, week late, week off.

Got an interview on Wednesday for a RO(2) RDR. Understand the questions are likely to be of the STAR style "tell us how you..", "tell us why you...". Has anyone got further information of potentially what should be thinking about. Thanks
Looking to be platform staff, but before yelling its a definite no by the railway companies. Only have fits when asleep, so would have to be asleep on the job, controlled by drugs so not had a fit in over eight years.

I am shortly be doing a SWTs assessment as a Station Assistant, I understand drivers have a period to fully learn routes they will be driving (3 months I believe), do station staff also have a period of training/self training to learn the basics about routes, stations, times etc?
