I couldn't quite believe how many people were out to see it. Normally when I go to that spot I'm the only person there, today there was at least a dozen cars. I had to abandon the second shot I was planning due...
I'm considering selling a couple of lenses to fund an upgrade sometime in the near future. If anyone is interested, feel free to send me any sensible offers via PM or whatever before I stick them on Ebay.
These are the two I'm planning to replace:
Canon EF 50mm f1.8 MkII
Canon EF-S...
Has anyone else seen this film? I've just finished watching it and won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet. I won't say I enjoyed watching it because I didn't, it's quite a good film though and worth watching :?

Just spotted this on another forum:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nikon-D40-Digital-SLR-Camera/dp/B000KIX65S/#
Nikon D40 + 18-55mm kit lens for £224.98. Seems like quite a bargain if anyone is looking at getting an SLR.
Just spotted an advert on Facebook offering 50% off Transpennine fares for students.

I've not bothered reading the details as I'm not a student any more, nor do I have a 16-25 railcard. But thought it might be of interest to some...
A couple of shots of 43067 on test today.
43062 (067 on the rear) and the NMT passing Burnigill on the ECML.
The view from my window. Not the best shot in the world, but I didn't manage to get a decent shot of the outward working.
A few photos from the open day at Heaton earlier today.

It was quite an interesting event. It was also good to see that the stoat to normals ratio was quite low too
I posted a Photoshop the other day too, so why not have a competition
Submit your Photoshopped images on this thread before Friday then we'll have a vote. Enter as many as you like. The winner can Photoshop themselves a prize.
