Freight on the GOBLIN

Im currently moving house, and have found a good one but it backs on to the GOBLIN (specifically between Harringay Green Lanes and Crouch Hill). Im concerned about freight rail frequency & times - does anyone know where I could get info on this? I've tried calling Network Rail but they weren't...
