stopped with fake stansted express ticket

hi all, on friday i was travelling to stansted airport and while goign to the ticket machine in tottenham hale station to purchase my ticket i got stopped by two eastern european guys that asked me if i could do them a favour and get one of their tickets as their friend was not coming anymore...
