Where does it tell you on the sectional appendix if I can use a tcod not long passed my coss but can't remember where the trainer said (if he said) Can't seem to see it on any sectional appendix mentioning the word tcod Thanks in advance for any replies

This is probably a simple answered question... But no question is a stupid one well so I've been told lol While looking at a sectional appendix how do I know if I can use a tcod obv you need a track circuit but where does it tell me on the sectional appendix
