Smartest/cheapest fare for Cuffley to Zone 1

We're about to move to Goff's Oak and it appears that Cuffley, the closest station, doesn't take Oystercards *shock* *despair* Do you guys have any smart hacks to figure out the cheapest fare for 4-5x a week peak time travel to Zone 1 and return. Much obliged, calemox
