Time validity with split rover/season and train not calling at split

I intend to purchase a Livingston North (LSN) to Lockerbie (LOC) weekly season and combine this with a 7 day Freedom of the North West Rover. I will be starting and finishing from LSN each day. The North West Rover is valid from 0900 M-F and there is a dispensation from Lockerbie to Carlisle...
