    Do first class ticket holders get compensated if their train only conveys standard class?

    If you have a first-class ticket but a Stansted shows up, will GA downgrade your ticket and give you a refund?

    Why were headcode boxes discontinued?

    Moderator note: Split from https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/class-745-stadler-flirts-intercity-trains.191504 In the old days, trains used to display these codes at the front. They seem to have disappeared now, or have I been looking in the wrong place?
