A Franchise Question

Hi all. Just wondering if anyone knows what happens if you work for a TOC and then the franchise operating it changes. For example, when Central changed to London Midland for one. Just wondering what happens to you if you work for a franchise and then it changes? No idea myself so thought this...

Trainee Driver Jobs Few & Far Between...

Hi everyone. New to this forum so sorry if this question has been asked a million times. :D I've been looking on the net for some time now regarding trainee driver jobs. I know that FL did the graduate thing last year and Chiltern trains did a trainee driver role which closed in August last year...
