We walk our dog around here most days and I've discovered a mystery building which doesn't appear on any photos I can find.

On this photo the ruin would be about 30 feet beyond the last of the ruined bases...
I've noticed in a few old pictures of Piccadilly that there used to be 3 lines between some of the platforms (see link below)

I've been looking at some photos of Glossop station and it appears that in the 70s and early 80s, as you entered the station the platforms were on the left (see link below).

However now the trains come in with the platform on the right as you can...
Considering the amount of preserved/heritage lines and the interest there is in the Woodhead Line does anyone know of any plans to re-lay part of the line and run it as a private heritage line.

As I live not far from Crowden I've visited the site of the former station and saddened it's been razed completely. I struggled to find any sign of it at all apart from some overgrown bricks which could have been the edge of the platform.
I've also struggled to find many pics of it in use...
