TFL Assessment Day- CSA

I have a TFL assessment day on Thursday for the customer service assistant role. Has anyone gone through and passed the test as any advice is greatly appreciated. I am worried about the role play and the interview questions, what questions are they likely to ask?... Thanks in advance...
