Gatwick express question

I have a season ticket from Haywards Heath to Croydon stations and an Oyster Travelcard for zones 1-5 in London. Does anyone know if I can use Gatwick Express from HHE into Victoria with this ticket combination? I'm confused about whether it is permitted from the NRCoC. Normally not a problem...
