Signaller Assessment

I am due to be attending a Signaller Assessment day on Thursday in London and I was just wondering if anyone knew what to expect. I know that it will last 4 hours, and will involve several assessments. Am I correct in thinking that after each assessment the "bottom few" will be sent home...
