Stonehouse station

What is going on there now? The ticket office has been a temporary portacabin for around 5 years now and there site looks a mess but there are no signs of anything happening in the near future.

Help Points

In this day and age should there not be a Help Point on every platform for disabled users? My local station Stonehouse only has one HP, meaning that disabled users have a 500m detour to reach the other platform if they wanted to use the HP to check a train time.
