Northwest 4 in 8 Day Rover

First day today. Now Northern have started the evening peak times can I use my Rover in the evening peak times on Northern. Will be doing thurs and friday aswell as finishing next saturday. On the NetworkRail website it just says not valid before 8.45 mon-fri, but as it been updated? Any help...
