AFAIK it was originally meant to be the Cargo-D/Rail Blue Stock that was to be used
then the Rail Blue set with some Ex FMR Mk.2s
now rumours sugest that the DRS set is to be used along with some odds and ends from WCRC
there is a report on the notable workings section of the railwaycentre that a class 166 has recieved "new FGW" livery... it hasnt specified if this is neon or FCC style blocks or the mooted Names derived livery...
has anyone seen it...?

iv been looking at the websites for several of the preserved railways and see that many offer driving experience days...
i was wondering if anyone could recomend a good one...
currently im drawn to the GCR cos i quite fancy the chance to drive a class 73...
but so far iv only seen the GCR...
can someoe explain why 3rd rail only emu's require the overhead orange cant rail as they invariably dont operat enear any overhead electrical equitment.
the class 313's 319's 373's and some 375/377's should have the cant rail but why warn bout over head electicla lines where they are not...
