Gaining Experience and Getting Hired???

Hello everyone... I have searched and done some investigating and perhaps I'm not asking the right questions or looking for the appropriate information. All the train companies advertise "Qualified" and "Experienced" drivers wanted when they start recruiting. Is the only way to get qualified...
