Loud music commuters on Underground
I often take an early Underground train around 7 am to the City ( Central London ) and often find at least one commuter every morning listening to their music loudly , even though they are using headphones ( God bless their ears ..NOT ! ) Now, what is the right way of dealing with these types...- ztech123
