Advice Needed for Flat next to Rail Lines, over-night services?

Hello! I've kindly been referred here by a member of a housebuying forum, and I wonder if anyone can help? I am thinking of living in a small tower block at W5 3SE, but it's right next to quite a few lines (both tube and rail), so I'm unsure what the experience would be throughout the night...
